1. Overview
Hammer Chat uses a pre-funded balance model. You add funds to your account, and we deduct them as you consume resources. Once usage is consumed, those charges are non-refundable.
2. Unused Balance
Unused account balance is refundable on request if your account has been active for less than 60 days and the refund amount is more than $5. Contact [email protected].
3. Billing Errors
If we charge you incorrectly, contact [email protected]. We will investigate within 5 business days and fix valid errors.
4. Duplicate Charges
Duplicate charges caused by technical errors will be refunded in full.
5. EU Users — Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, by using the service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose this right once the digital service has been provided, as allowed under EU law.
6. No Chargebacks First
Please contact us before starting a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
